Ready to Apply?    Great!  Here's what will be on the application.  Please gather this information before you apply.   

 

  • Your Social Security Number

  • Employment History for the past two years

  • Monthly income and source(s)

  • Residence History for the past two years

  • Estimated Value of the Property

  • Basic Information on All Propeties Owned 

  • Monthly Housing Expenses: mortgages, HELOCs, taxes, insurance, HOA

 

Once your application is in, what's the next step?   Start gathering the following minimum documentation needed for an approval.  Additional conditions will apply.

 

  • Current paystubs and Two years W2s

  • Two years Federal tax returns, if you're self-employed or own multple properties

  • Mortgage statement(s)

  • Bank Statements

  • HELOC statement(s)

  • Real Estate Tax bill(s)

  • Homeowners insurance renewal declaration(s)
